- 1 heaping Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. salad vegetable oil
- hard-boiled eggs, grated
- spinach, dried (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. Italian red wine vinegar
- mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Cut the bacon and cook in pan.

2Leave grease in pan.

3On low heat, add the mustard and the brown sugar.

4Blend into the grease. Blend vinegar into the mixture.

5Blend oil into the mixture. Bring to a slow boil; blend until thick.
