  • 2 slices bacon (per person)
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. salad vegetable oil
  • hard-boiled eggs, grated
  • spinach, dried (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. Italian red wine vinegar
  • mushrooms, sliced

Directions

    Cut the bacon and cook in pan.

    Leave grease in pan.

    On low heat, add the mustard and the brown sugar.

    Blend into the grease. Blend vinegar into the mixture.

    Blend oil into the mixture. Bring to a slow boil; blend until thick.
