Spinach Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium size white onion, chopped very fine

Directions

    Place all ingredients, except onion, in a food processor or blender and beat until very smooth.

    Then add onions and again beat until smooth.

    It can be served immediately or refrigerated (best this way).

    Pour over fresh spinach and top with sauteed almond slices, bacon bits and thin sliced purple onion.
