  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton large curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Blend spinach, flour, salt and pepper together. Stir in remaining ingredients and put in an 11 x 7-inch casserole dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes or until set.
