- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 3 eggs, beaten well
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta
- 1/4 lb. mild Cheddar, grated
- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix spinach, eggs and butter.

2Fold in flour and cheeses.

3Mix well and place in buttered baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
