  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. diced American cheese
  • 1/4 c. diced Brick cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 lb. pkg. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain.

    Beat eggs and add spinach, melted butter, flour, salt and pepper.

    Stir to blend.

    Fold in cottage cheese and cubed cheeses.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
