- 1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. diced American cheese
- 1/4 c. diced Brick cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 lb. pkg. cottage cheese (small curd)
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain.

2Beat eggs and add spinach, melted butter, flour, salt and pepper.

3Stir to blend.

4Fold in cottage cheese and cubed cheeses.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
