- 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 4 oz. Muenster cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Saute onions in 2 tablespoons margarine and set aside.

2Cook spinach according to label directions and drain well.

3Add onion, Muenster cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg to spinach.

4Spoon into 6 cup baking dish.
