Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 4 oz. Muenster cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Saute onions in 2 tablespoons margarine and set aside.

    Cook spinach according to label directions and drain well.

    Add onion, Muenster cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg to spinach.

    Spoon into 6 cup baking dish.
