- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 lb. oleo, cut in chunks
Directions

1Cook spinach according to microwave directions.

3Cut cheese in chunks.

4Combine with the rest of the ingredients. Stir.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Stir once during the baking time. Serves 10 to 12 people.
