- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 3 (32 oz.) cans clear chicken broth
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Boil chicken broth and add bouillon cubes.

2Roll ground beef into mini meat balls and add to boiling broth.

3When meat is cooked, add frozen spinach.

4When spinach is cooked, beat eggs and cheese and pour into soup.

5Stir and simmer for 1/2 hour.

6Total cooking time is 1 1/2 hours.
