- 1 lb. spinach
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Tear spinach into bite size pieces.

2Heat wok or large skillet until hot.

3Add vegetable oil; rotate to coat side.

4Add garlic; stir-fry for 2 minutes.

5Stir in chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cover and cook 1 minute.

6Yields 2 servings.
