Spinach Stuffed Flank Steak

- 1 bag frozen spinach
- 1 (10 oz.) flank steak
- 1 jar Macadamia nuts
- 1 container Ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.

2Make sure the nuts are finely chopped.

3Put ingredients in the middle of flank trim steak.

4Roll and tie flank steak on all sides in a good size frying pan.

5Cook in preheated oven at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes or until you like it.

6Cut in slices so stuffing is showing. Place on top of tomato sage demi glaze.
