- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
- 1 medium green onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 slice white bread, cut into small pieces
- paprika
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 flounder or sole fillets (about 1/2 lb. each)
- lemon slices for garnish
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, cook spinach and onion until tender, stirring occasionally.

2Remove skillet from heat; stir in pepper, bread, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
