- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese (low-fat)
- 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese (part-skim), shredded (about 1/2 c.)
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/8 tsp. each nutmeg and pepper
- 4 oz. jumbo pasta shells (16)
- 2 c. marinara sauce
Directions

1Prepare marinara sauce.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Cook pasta shells according to label.

4Mix remaining ingredients.

5Fill each shell with mix (about 1 tablespoon per shell) and place in baking dish lined with sauce.

6Pour sauce over shells.

7Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
