- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms
- dash of garlic salt
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of Italian seasoning
- 10 oz. fresh spinach
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine oil and seasonings.

2Stir in 1/4 pound of mushrooms, thinly sliced and cook for 5 minutes.

3Add 10 ounces of spinach, cut into strips. Cover and cook about 3 minutes or until spinach wilts.

4Stir in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
