- 3 c. scallions
- 24 oz. sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- Knorr vegetable soup mix
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain spinach well and squeeze out excess water.

2Mix with sour cream and soup mix by hand. Add the scallions, cut small.

3Mix.

4Refrigerate overnight. Serve as a dip for raw vegetables (cucumbers, celery, carrots, broccoli).
