Spinach-White Beans Dip

  • 2 cups tightly packed spinach leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned white beans,drained
  • 2 Tbsp filtered water
  • 2 Tblsp olive oil
  • 1/2 medium garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions

    combine all ingredients in a food processor. Start by adding just 2 Tbsp water. Give mixture a whirl; add more water until the desired consistency is reached. Adjust seasonings to taste.

    Chill for at least 30 minutes then bring to room temperature before serving.
