- 2 cups tightly packed spinach leaves
- 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned white beans,drained
- 2 Tbsp filtered water
- 2 Tblsp olive oil
- 1/2 medium garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions

1combine all ingredients in a food processor. Start by adding just 2 Tbsp water. Give mixture a whirl; add more water until the desired consistency is reached. Adjust seasonings to taste.
