  • 400 grams chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 8 grams sauce orange
  • white rice
  • chili de arbol flakes, or red pepper flakes, optional

    Cover the chicken with flour. Shake excess flour off.

    Spray cooking oil into a skillet and place over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is golden brown.

    Add the onion, green bell pepper, and pineapple and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the sauce and bring to a boil. Add the chili flakes for a spicier flavor.
