  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. sesame seed
  • 2 lb. fresh spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Add sesame seed.

    Brown lightly and set aside.

    Wash and drain spinach.

    Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes and drain.

    Reduce heat and reheat soy sauce and sesame seed.

    Add salt and black pepper to taste.
