  • 1 1/3 c. cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 4 c. cooked pasta
  • 1/2 c. pine nuts

Directions

    Combine spinach, cream, Ricotta and salt and pepper to taste. Heat over medium heat in saucepan.

    Pour over cooked pasta and sprinkle with pine nuts.
