  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. hot catsup
  • 2/3 c. orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 c. salad oil if using barbecue grill; otherwise, omit

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and cook until onions are done. Remove casing from ham; score and roast 15 to 20 minutes per pound at 350°, basting often with sauce, or cook on rotisserie again basting often.

    If you want sauce to serve with ham, make a double portion.
