- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds or chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate, cream cheese and milk on high for approx. 3 minutes.

2Add seeds, stir and set aside.

3In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter, egg and almond extract.

4Spread and press 1/2 of this mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 9 inch pan.

5Spread chocolate mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining dry mixture on top of chocolate.

6Bake at 375° for 20 - 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
