- 5 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Add beaten egg yolks to beaten egg whites.

2Gradually add sugar and beat 5 minutes.

3Blend in 1 cup flour.

4Slowly add 1 cup boiling water.

5Blend in remainder of the flour, baking powder and vanilla until smooth.

6Pour into ungreased angel food pan.

7Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
