- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. flavor
- 3/4 c. cold water
Directions

1Sift flour and sugar together.

2Make hole in center and add oil, egg yolks, flavor and water.

3Mix in mixer until smooth. Beat egg whites very stiff. Pour batter mix over egg whites and mix gently.

4Bake in ungreased tube pan.

5Bake 55 minutes at 325°, then 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.

6Turn upside-down to cool.
