- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
Directions

1Combine sugar, corn syrup and vinegar in heavy pan.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

3Continue cooking without stirring to 310° on a candy thermometer.

4Remove from heat.

5Quickly stir in soda.

6Mix well.

7Pour in buttered 9-inch pan.

8Cover with melted chocolate when cooled.
