  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • rind of 1 lemon
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Cream together butter, sugar and salt and add next 3 ingredients gradually.

    Add egg yolks with milk.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Bake for 45 minutes in 350° oven in pan with a little water in the bottom.

    Gets like cake with lemon pudding on top.
