- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 3 cups cake flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Beat the whole eggs until thick and light.

2Add milk and lemon extract and beat in sugar.

3Add flour which has been sifted with the baking powder and salt.

4Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the cookie sheet.

5Drop or shape about the size of a quarter with a pastry tube on the parchment paper or buttered cookie sheet.

6Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes depending on your over. Yield about 6 dozen cookies.
