- 4 egg yolks
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Stirring constantly, slowly mix the scalded milk and corn meal.

2Stir until thick and smooth.

3Beat the egg yolks and corn meal mixture.

4Slowly, blend in the cheese, salt, sugar and butter; beat until smooth.

5Beat the egg whites until they peak and fold into the mixture.

6Turn into a buttered casserole dish. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 375° oven.
