- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 tsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. water
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown flour and chili powder in oil.

2Stir in water gradually. Simmer for 30 minutes. Brown hamburger and onion.

3Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dip tortilla in chili powder mixture until softened.

4Fill center of tortilla with hamburger mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

5Roll.

6Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese over top.

7Pour chili powder mixture over enchiladas. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
