  • 8 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 8 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream

    Melt butter in large bowl; stir in beaten eggs and sour cream. Add corn and muffin mix.
