- 1 c. corn meal
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 heaping Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Stir corn meal into 2 cups of milk.

2Heat mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, until it makes a mush.

3Add rest of milk and eggs.

4Stir in salt, baking powder and melted butter.

5Pour into greased 2-quart casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
