  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 13 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg large egg yolk
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

    Heat oven to 450F.

    Butter two 6 oz ramekins and dust inside with flour.

    Place the butter and chocolate in glass bow and microwave in 20 seconds intervals stirring after each until melted and smooth.

    beat the egg,egg yolk and sugar in a medium bowl until lighter in color and thick.

    add the melted chocolate and butter and beat until fully incorporated and smooth.

    divide the batter between the ramekins.

    bake until edges are set and center still jiggles slightly 8 to 10 minutes.

    let stand 15 seconds.

    run a knife around the edge

    invert each cake onto plate

    dust with confectioners sugar.

    serve immediatly.
