- 2 pkg. dry yeast or 2 1/2 Tbsp.
- 4 c. lukewarm water
- 3/4 lb. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 c. self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Melt oleo and mix with sugar and eggs.

3Add 2 cups self-rising flour.

4Combine with dissolved yeast mixture and add remaining flour.

5Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin pan, about 3 tablespoons or No. 16 size scoop into pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

6Remaining batter may be kept several days in refrigerator.

7Makes 48 rolls.
