Ingredients
- 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Let stand for 5 minutes.

3Add butter, egg and sugar; mix well.

4Stir in flour until thoroughly combined (batter will be soft).

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin cups.

7Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

8The baked rolls can be kept in freezer bags in freezer. Thaw and reheat as needed.
