- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted and cooled
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Measure water into large bowl with cover, sprinkle dry yeast and dissolve in water.

2Add margarine, sugar and egg in order listed; blend well.

3Add flour slowly and blend well.

4Cover bowl and store in refrigerator until 1 1/2 hours before serving time. Spoon dough into greased muffin pan and let double in size.

5Bake at 375° until golden brown.

6Serve hot.

7Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
