- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast in water.

2Add sugar, oil, egg, salt and flour.

3Mix well until blended and put into refrigerator.

4Let rise 3 hours. When ready to eat, place by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tins.

5Don't punch down.

6Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

7Will last in refrigerator about 1 week.
