- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand 5 minutes.

2Combine yeast mixture, butter and flour in large bowl, mixing well.

3Stir in egg and sugar.

4(Mixture will be a very soft batter.)

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
