- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water; stir well.

2Beat egg and add yeast mixture, sugar, oleo and flour.

3Mix well.

4Use immediately or refrigerate in airtight container.

5Will keep for up to 2 weeks.

6Spoon batter in well greased muffin tin.

7Fill 1/2 full. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown.
