  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar or to desired taste
  • chopped nuts
  • confectioners glaze

    Take 1/3 of dough and shape into oval shape.

    Place on pastry sheet and using rolling pin (filled with warm water) roll into rectangular shape, approximately 1/4-inch thick.
