- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. regular long grain rice
- 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 1/2 oz. can sliced black olives
- 4 chicken breast halves
Directions

1Brown chicken in oil and remove.

2Saute onion and rice until rice is browned.

3Add rest of ingredients except for olives.

4Add 1 3/4 cups water.

5Bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.

7Sprinkle with olives and stir before serving.
