- 1/2 cup cut fresh asparagus (1-inch pieces)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

1In small bowl, combine leek and asparagus. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.
