Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) fresh or frozen peas
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. chopped fresh cauliflower
- 1/2 c. diced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 c. chopped cashews
- 1/4 c. crisp cooked bacon
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch buttermilk or milk recipe original Ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 small clove, minced
- garlic
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Rinse peas in hot water or steam if fresh.

2Drain.

3Combine vegetables, nuts and bacon with sour cream; mix dressing, mustard and garlic together.

4Pour over salad mixture.

5Toss gently. Chill.

6Macadamia nuts or salted sunflower seeds are a good alternative.
