  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. orange sherbet
  • 2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

    In medium bowl, stir boiling water into gelatin until completely dissolved.

    Add sherbet; mix until melted.

    Refrigerate about 25 minutes, or until mixture is slightly thickened.

    Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows and pineapple.

    Pour into crust. Freeze until firm.

    Remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
