  • 1/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 fresh bunch broccoli (medium bunch), cut into pieces
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 1 small red onion, cut into rings
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Prepare vegetables and fry bacon.

    Toss the vegetables together.

    Mix sugar, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise.

    Add to vegetables and mix.

    Add bacon pieces and salt and pepper to taste.

    Refrigerate overnight.
