- 1/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 fresh bunch broccoli (medium bunch), cut into pieces
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces
- 1 small red onion, cut into rings
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Prepare vegetables and fry bacon.

2Toss the vegetables together.

3Mix sugar, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise.

4Add to vegetables and mix.

5Add bacon pieces and salt and pepper to taste.

6Refrigerate overnight.
