Ingredients

  • 16 ounces shell noodles
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Cook noodles according to directions on the box. Drain,cool and set aside. (I use shell or ring noodles).

    Chop the cucumbers and onions. Shred the carrots.
  3. 3
    Combine the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Add the noodles and vegetables. Chill in the frig 2 hours or overnight to flavor thru.
