Ingredients
- 16 ounces shell noodles
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Cook noodles according to directions on the box. Drain,cool and set aside. (I use shell or ring noodles).

2Chop the cucumbers and onions. Shred the carrots.

3Combine the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Add the noodles and vegetables. Chill in the frig 2 hours or overnight to flavor thru.
