  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen and unsweetened
  • 34 cup light vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup tropicana orange juice
  • 23 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (ground or minced) or 12 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions
