Springtime Macaroni Salad

  • 2 c. elbow macaroni (8 oz.)
  • 2 cans (9 oz.) Vienna sausages, drained
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimentos
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 to 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 3 medium cantaloupe, cut in halves

Directions

    Cook macaroni.

    Drain, rinse and drain.

    Cut sausages in fourths.

    Combine with macaroni, pineapple, pimentos and celery. Combine mustard, sour cream, salt and paprika.

    Toss with macaroni. Chill.

    Fill cantaloupe halves.
