- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine vegetables, bacon and cheese.

2Mix sugar and mayonnaise together and add to vegetables.

3Stir; add salt and pepper, if desired.

4Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Serves 8 to 10.
