- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- minced fresh parsley
Directions

1Add 1-inch of water and Brussels sprouts to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
