  • 1 pkg. frozen Ore-Ida Cheddar Browns, shredded potatoes (8 patties)
  • 1 small onion, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (3 oz.) Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In bowl, crumble (thawed) potato patties with fork.

    Add onion, soup and sour cream.

    Pour ingredients into glass pie dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered. Makes 4 small servings, with a little leftover for the dog.

    Can prepare and refrigerate the night before to be cooked the following day.
