- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
- 2 medium mild onions, sliced
- salt (onion or garlic flavored, if desired)
- pepper
- paprika (if desired)
Directions

1Before grilling:

2Peel potatoes (if desired) and cut into 4 to 5 crosswise slices.

3Place 1 onion slice between each potato slice and reassemble potato.

4Secure slices with toothpick or skewer. Drizzle melted margarine and sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over potatoes.

5Place each potato on large square of heavy-duty foil; seal securely.
