- 50 ml Heavy cream
- 100 grams Chocolate
- 1 knob Butter
Directions

1Pour the heavy cream in the saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Add finely chopped chocolate and mix to melt.

3When the chocolate has melted in the heavy cream, remove from heat.

4Then add the butter and melt it into the chocolate mixture.

5Pour into a mold and chill in the fridge.

6Slice into desired sizes and sprinkle cocoa powder at the end.

7You can also make round truffles with this recipe!

8Just roll into balls instead of a square.
